Keeping You Safe

Lisa’s Personal Commitment to Safety

At Fortis, we believe that Trust & Safety is at the heart of creating Games where you Belong. Together, we're creating environments where players can focus on what matters most: having fun, competing fairly, and building lasting friendships.

A word from Lisa, our Sr. Manager of Trust and Safety,

“Having spent almost 3 decades in law enforcement, I've poured my heart and soul into building safe communities. As both a former police officer and a parent whose kids live and breathe gaming, I'm passionate about making digital spaces where everyone can belong. I've seen firsthand that genuine safety isn't just about rules and systems - it's about building authentic connections and trust between people.

Nothing gets me more excited than watching communities grow together. I'm deeply committed to making sure every single voice counts, especially from players who haven't always had a seat at the table. When I see players not just enjoying games, but fostering a sense of digital citizenship, supporting each other, and helping build a more inclusive gaming culture - that's what "Games Where You Belong" means to me. I’m really excited about the opportunity ahead - let's build this together!”

The Fortis Code

In order to truly create ‘Games where you belong’ we need to ensure a safe, respectable, and enjoyable gaming environment for all our players. Check out The Fortis Code for guidelines about how players can interact within our community.

Moderation Approach

We encourage and celebrate positive digital citizenship in our community. For those who don’t follow the Fortis Code, we have a fair system of progressive actions. These may include warnings, temporary chat silences, or for the most serious cases, account termination.

Whenever we take action, we explain why. If you believe a decision was made in error, you can request a review through our appeals form, available on our Support Hub.

Reporting Process

Our reporting system empowers you to flag behavior that goes against the Fortis Code. Your reports help us keep the community safe, respectful, and welcoming for everyone.

Reporting is quick, confidential, and makes a real difference. All reports are carefully reviewed by our team, and appropriate action taken in line with our policies.
