Twilight Towers: The Road Ahead
Greetings, Lightkeepers!
The holiday break has given the Twilight Towers team a chance to rest, recharge, and reflect on how far we’ve come since opening the gates to Fernhollow in September 2025. Now that we’re locked in for the new year, we wanted to share our approach as we face our next big milestone. We want to start with a huge thank you. We are a small team with big ideas working on an early access game. This means we are constantly evaluating our long-term goals alongside the current game experience. This is where you, our cherished Lightkeepers, come in. Without your feedback, we wouldn’t know where changes need to happen or when we need to re-evaluate our priorities.
We also heard you loud and clear when you said bug fixing and game stability were necessities. After all, it’s difficult to enjoy new content when you can’t even play the game. We get it. No, really. We do. That’s why we made the decision to put your feedback into action as we march forward towards global launch.
“What does this mean?” It means our team is focusing our resources on resolving all of the bugs that you reported to us while continuing to work on features that will improve the overall experience of Twilight Towers. But remember how we mentioned that we are a small team? Well, in order to prioritize bug fixing and feature implementation, we have to pause Seasons and Events until we can achieve an almost-perfect (because nobody’s 100% perfect) main base experience.
We know. It sucks. And we hate to do it. However, new Dragons and additional Seasons are still on their way! They’ll just arrive a little later than we originally planned.
We understand that many of you enjoyed the Events, and without them, you’re wondering how to spend your time in Twilight Towers while you wait. We want to reassure you that even though Seasonal content has been paused, we still plan to deliver lots of content in the coming months. Plans may change, and we’ll be sure to let you know when they do. For now, you can take a sneak peek at our roadmap for the year.

In addition to building a fun and stable gameplay experience for you, we are also focused on sharing our progress along the way. This includes content sneak peeks, bug status updates (even the ones that still have us scratching our heads), and progress roadmaps.
Again, we appreciate your devotion to Twilight Towers, and more importantly, Fernhollow. Thank you for sticking with us so far and for continuing to practice patience while we temporarily shift our focus.
That’s all for now, Lightkeepers. ‘Til the next update!
The Twilight Towers Team
